At Vokka Perfumes, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original designer box and protective outer packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
